Pottery is my obsession and my life line. When I sit down at my wheel and begin to throw, the world seems to make sense.   I relax and put my mind into what I call my” Doodle Mode”.  

You will see my “Doodle Mode” in many of my Totems as well as my functional pieces. I do a lot of carving combined with slip dots to add interest and reactions with the glazes.

I am always exploring new directions and am currently enjoying working with altering wheel thrown pieces as well as working on new glaze techniques.
